The Adventure Begins in Taipei! Are you ready?
Since the release of the original Pokémon games on the Nintendo Game Boy in 1996, the number of Pokémon has grown from 151 to over 1,000. To mark the 30th anniversary, The Pokémon Company is proud to announce "PokéXciting!" —a special event series dedicated to our fans across Asia.
Whether you are an active Trainer or a longtime fan who once journeyed through the Pokémon world, this exciting experience has something for everyone. Over the next year, the event will tour five major cities across Asia!

The next stop for our high-energy Asia tour is Taipei!
We are thrilled to announce that the event will take place in the Xiangti Boulevard and its surrounding area.
Event Dates: Saturday, October 10 – Sunday, October 11, 2026
Admission: Free (Open to everyone!)

Key Highlights You Can’t Miss!
1) The Highly Anticipated Parade
Your favorite Pokémon will be right before your eyes! Join us for a thrilling and heartwarming parade where Pokémon march in time to the music. Getting up close with your favorite Pokémon and sharing that incredible excitement with the crowd will make this an unforgettable experience!
2) POKÉGENIC Spots Scattered Across the Venue
The entire event area will feature a variety of photogenic Pokémon decorations known as "POKÉGENIC"! Pokémon will be hiding in the most unexpected places, so get ready to explore and enjoy a true sense of adventure. Once you spot a Pokémon, try out different poses and snap your best shot! Capture your favorite moments and share them with your family and friends on social media to spread the excitement!
3）Meet “PokéXciting! Pikachu”
To make this celebration even more special, a unique companion named “PokéXciting! Pikachu” will be visiting each city! Surprisingly, this Pikachu will feature a different color costume unique to each city. Taipei will feature a pink variation!
What color variations will the other cities be...? Stay tuned for future announcements!
Non-Stop Fun from Day to Night!
High-Voltage Night Stage: When the sun sets, get ready for special stage shows featuring “PokéXciting! Pikachu”! With danceable beats and a spectacular production, the energy at the venue is guaranteed to be through the roof.
Merchandise: Special merchandise featuring the Taipei edition of “PokéXciting! Pikachu” will be available for purchase!
Pokémon GO Collaboration: Get ready, Trainers! “PokéXciting! Pikachu” is also scheduled to appear in-game! Make sure your smartphones are fully charged.
Of course, there are plenty of daytime activities for children and families to enjoy as well. We are ready to deliver a memorable two-day event that will bring smiles to fans of all generations.
